Sales tip: ask customer about their goals.

It's an easy tip that made my sales process a bit smoother.

When you need to sell something to your customer, first ask them what their goals are, make sure to write them down. If the customer is not ready to buy from you yet, follow up with them in the future, and state how you can help them in achieving their goals. Be as specific as possible while describing their goals, e.g. "[...] to help you achieving customer acquisition goals for your new lines of products in refreshed colors". Customers will be very excited that you remembered and this will help you close the sale 🪙
