Send automated win-back emails to users who don't convert

Recapture users who don't convert after a free trial by sending them automated win-back emails.

Alex Turnbull of Groove ($500,000/mo) netted several hundred users when he began sending these emails to people who hadn't converted after the free trial. In terms of the timing, he experimented with sending win-back emails at 7, 21, and 90 days after a user didn’t convert, and the 90-day emails were the most successful.
