Setting up a California foreign LLC

I have an LLC set up elsewhere, but am looking to sell in California. Does anybody have advice on services to use to set up a foreign LLC in California?

I know there's a number of services like:

I'm just not sure if or which of them to use.

    I highly recommend talking to a CPA or a lawyer for something like this. The answer really depends on your situation.

    It will be worth it because any penalties/fees that you'd pay for getting things wrong will be much bigger than the professional's fees.

      We have an LLC member in California and we have several interested parties in California to buy service from us which will be a large portion of our revenue. So yes, we need to register a foreign LLC in California.

      I'm aware of the tax obligations in California.
