February is done, it's time to share your stats!
I'm trying to build an audience on my Twitter for a couple of months now, the last month has been my best one so far!
I tried to create more valuable tweets, not share anything irrelevant, and interact more with others (either big and small accounts).
Big threads seem to be the more powerful way to get engagement.

It's hard to start, with 200 followers +11 is not that bad.
You should try to interact with big accounts and try to add values in the comments. It will give you extra visibility.

I have a small account. I have automated tweets going out everyday regarding new job posts because its a job board. I am also starting to tweet manually a lot more. Giving product updates and so on.

The numbers are a bit skewed. Since it's my first month on Twitter. What is your engagement rate on tweets?

Depends on the tweets, i'd say ~1%
I mass followed ~400 indie hackers around 4-5 followed back, my account restricted for 3 days. Then I checked a follower's account who has around 60 followers with zero tweets so I followed around 20 of her followers (again in the indie hackers topic) and more people followed back, at some point it reached to 100 now it dropped back to 98.
Zero value, zero effort 👍
... and my most valuable tweet. 🏆
What's the point?
experimenting.
I don't understand what value people are offering. I don't get any value like 0 maybe -3, due to time consumption. It's 280 characters, barely fits a motivational quote. If it's a thread and valuable put it into your site, keep it there not a place where the attention span is almost none and what you put out there may stick for 10 seconds on someone's timeline.
Reading from 10s of people on 10s of different topic at a time, that's madness.
note: I've said "you" a lot but to be clear, I'm not telling these to you, this is my own perspective for twitter usage.
