Should I Acquire A SaaS Business With $0 Revenue?

    One of the biggest challenges in any startup is to find product customer fit. A SaaS business with 0 revenue, has not found the product-customer fit yet. If you are buying it, you would be responsible for it.

      That's a valid approach. You'd be making a bet. My game is buying cashflow. I want to minimize risk and will happily take a consistent 5-10% growth across a well diversified portfolio over the long term.
