Should I buy a theme or built it from it scracth
I am going to kick off a new project and I am wondering if should buy a theme/template or if I should build it from scratch ( using bootstrap )
I am in two minds about . Most themes look the same, or should I spend the time and build something unique.

I got the same question. I did try to build from scratch, and it took time. I'm considering buying a rebuild template now.
Hey Geoffrey, I have some HTML templates on buildfaster.co. My friend @Michael_Andreuzza also has some nice Tailwind and Bulma templates on wickedtemplates.com
If you want to save time and focus your efforts on more important matters, I would suggest getting a pre-made template.
