Should you use your "partners" logo to give credibility to your product?

e.g. you use Stripe as a payment mechanism, then you add the logo+link in a "Partner" section.

I see it as a grey area, what do you think?

    I would say no. It's trying to mislead people into thinking that you have an active partnership with those companies. I've seen it before and found it sly. It's not that dissimilar from using fake reviews.

      I agree. Sadly I see it quite often.

      I'm going to add some reviews from previous clients and was also considering the 'partner' option.

    I would think there are a ton of other things to worry about that I wouldn't give this any thought.
