Sleep Saturday (Day 173)

Last week, Saturday is the only day I got > 6 hrs of sleep. It has become a pattern for quite a while. 11pm-4am are my high productivity hours, while mornings usually spent in meetings or readings and coffee, and afternoon is the first wave of productivity kicks in. Then there will be meetups and other distractions, sometimes I take a nap, too, if too tired (the dip in the "Sleep Need" reflects naps taken).

I have been tracking my health metrics and trying to hit all the exercise and nutrition goals, but sleep is by far the most important and the worst on my list. Sometimes I value the late night high productivity time so much, I don't have any incentive to change this. Perhaps I will do more early evening naps instead.
