So many smart folks--What would you say about How to Start building a community for an existing business?

I am blown away with all the great results that you are all sharing.

Trying to build community in the customer base with an existing training firm and would love any suggestions on how to brainstorm a strategy (tools or ideas, etc.) and getting started. Would be happy to compensate for any help to talk this out into a plan/strategy.

The key is not to focus in on the tool, I would keep it simple.

There's no reason why you can't start build up traction with via email, a simple website and things like online meetups or content.

Find ways to hang with your people, have discussions and try to evaluate from these kind of things what they actually need. It's not a fast solution, but real communities are never built quickly.

Happy to go in more depth if you can provide more info.
