Don't wait for ideas to come if you have got the skills.
Go try to solve a pain point you are facing or an existing product you find interesting and challenge yourself to work on as a way to practice skills and eventually monetize or selling it.
You will eventually find new ideas coming to you as your creativity juice is flowing then you decide if you want to pivot your existing project or start a new one.
TLDR; just starts somewhere and keeps going, that is how I started https://howuku.com initially as a Feedback tool to now an all-in-one CRO & analytics tool.
I can't recommend enough you to go through https://www.startupschool.org/. It will give you more information insights that you could imagine :)
Thank you!
Look for problems.
