Startup in a Month Challenge, Month Two Week Three summary. Trust your instruments!

Good morning everyone, I'm back with another summary post for my Startup in a Month project.

This week's post is about balancing out my work life and "trusting my instruments," i.e.: keeping up with all of the daily habits and semi-ritualistic things which are keeping the plane in the air: sleeping well, eating well, exercising, and taking breaks when I need to.

I'd guess that most of the people in this forum have a proclivity for going too hard when it comes to productivity, myself included. But these little daily things make the productivity possible, and you can't set them aside when things get hard or when time pressure starts to creep into your thinking.

Check it out here! https://startupinamonth.net/month-two-week-three/

I'd love to hear your thoughts, leave a comment or shoot me an email :)
