Successful B2C indie hackers?

Hey all, so everyone knows B2B is a much more viable path to sustainable MRR than B2C, but unfortunately I'm a masochist who only gets excited about B2C. In particular I'm working on a machine-learning based app for helping non-native speakers to improve their English, and I'm committed to bootstrapping it.

How do I go about finding successful bootstrapped B2C companies? I've searched around a bit with no real luck.

There is certainly money in B2C. I covered hundreds of profitable B2C startups in my newsletter. I write about profitable B2C niches here to over 7000 subscribers every week.

This has been a good starting point for many subscribers to understand the B2C market.

Well, I had success in the B2C market ✋

I created two Micro SaaS apps for Amazon sellers and had a successful exit last year.

It can be done and there are plenty of "big SaaS" companies that are successful in B2C, for example, Nomad List, Canva & Duolingo off the top of my head.

You can also search on the Products section of IH and filter for B2C apps to get some inspiration 🙂 => https://www.indiehackers.com/products

Thank you for this, and congrats. I'll check out your other posts on here to learn a bit from your experience. The products page is a good tip, thanks.
