Today I got 4 more subscribers for my book launch and interviewed 3 SAAS founders.

A pattern emerges

I've now completed 4 interviews with some successful SAAS founders and I'm already starting to notice a pattern: No matter what industry/market, target customer, or type of SAAS they have built, they have all more or less followed the same process to getting their first customers and beyond.
