Hi folks,

I've recently created something... and kind of launched on IH (added as a product):

#teachinpublic / @ teachinpublic on Twitter / teachinpublic.com (web app still being worked on but don't have much time on my hands to progress as much and fast as I'd like to) - here is the IH product page: https://www.indiehackers.com/product/teachinpublic

How I'd see this work / motivation?

• Similar to #buildinpublic but in this case it'd be the teachers / creators who teach something (be it coding, web design, writing, pottery... you name it) would use this hashtag #teachinpublic to get discovered.
• Students / learners could look at that hashtag to discover new things to learn and the teachers behind them.
• The motivation behind this is to help teachers get discovered, and students discover teachers; I used to work in the higher education industry so teaching and sharing knowledge is something close to me

I've seen a lot of great teachers/creators put out a lot of great and free content everyday (that ultimately at some point lead to their paid subscriptions/products/services). The free content is already amazing and I'm sure many would find it helpful to kick off or enhance their learning journey.

Now I think the challenges would be to:

• get teachers / creators aware of the #teachinpublic (and actually use it) so that they can promote their free content and then get the learners
• get students to browse that hashtag on Twitter
• have the time to build a web app similar to buildinpublic.com
