On the frontend I’d recommend you use React Native/Flutter for combined iOS and Android.
On the backend it really depends on what you’re doing. Use Stripe for handling and tracking payments or attaching bank accounts. If you’re integrating stock trading, find a stock brokerage with a REST API like Alpaca and work from there.
