The avatar in my Indie Hacker Product profile won't get updated

I just created my product profile here on Indie Hackers, but I couldn't make it update the avatar. I've used a 1080*1080px 20KB PNG file for it but nothing. I checked the console for errors and the call to Firebase looks correct. I tried with different images (both PNG and JPG) but didn't work.

Is it that I need to wait for the page to be approved?
Maybe there's a bug?

I'm using Google Chrome v89 on Linux.
