    This is cool. Segmentation is huge.

    I think I'd add one note to this: if you're looking to improve a metric or conversion, what you segment by is equally (more?) important than just segmenting by anything.

    If you segment by something you can change through your product (like number of searches in your example), that's great. Because then you can drive that number up. VS segmenting by something like city (you're probably not going to change where people live).
