The easiest way to collect emails?

Hi All,

I have a plain HTML landing page hosted on Azure, with the only script being from Referlist. However, Google complains that I link to malware when I'm trying to place Google Ads.

What do you usually use for collecting emails, other than your own database? Is MailChimp still alive, are there better alternatives? I'll be happy if I get 100 addresses, so anything that would store the emails somewhere would work for me, even if I would have to copy them one by one. The only requirement is that I should be able to embed it into my page.
