The never-ending subject: how did YOU price your SaaS?

How did you set your SaaS product's pricing and how confident are you it's the 'best' option so far?

Reason why I'm asking: I'm in need of a tool I'd use myself, so I'd love to hear your story about how you set your pricing. I've announced a bit of what I'll be building here: https://bychgroup.com/price-unlock/

But the TLDR is:

  • I'll be building a way to test new pricing with no headache

  • If the test goes bad, the upside is small, but if it's successful it goes really well

  • You'd stop leaving money on the table.
