Nice! I've been reading Failory interviews and "going too fast" was listed as a failure reason for a lot of people. Especially if you're working in a local market where if you screw things up, you'll end up with people not wanting to work for you and customers avoiding your product.
Yes, I agree. It happened to me personally in 2018. But in this game - I suppose everybody tends to make these mistakes, so it is up to learning quickly and changing the gears.
