The Worst Possible Solution đź’©

Recently I was exposed to the “wrong thinking” approach in brainstorming, and it’s been really great I have to say. I have written about our experience in this week's issue of 🌀 Refactoring.

TL;DR — Explicitly thinking at the worst solutions for a problem makes a group converge faster and better on the best solutions as well, and provides lots of insights that would get lost otherwise.

I am curious whether any of you has used similar techniques when doing product strategy or thinking of new ideas?
