This framework will answer most of your landing page questions

After scrolling through several of these posts tonight, I noticed a lot of them had far deeper structural issues than I could answer in a comment and I was about to put the same thing for everything - read Harry from Marketing Examples.

Harry from Marketing Examples' layout structure for landing pages kicks ass. Before you build a landing page, I would go through this article and layout your information accordingly. It will set you up for success from the get-go.

Here's a step-by-step
BEFORE YOU DESIGN YOUR LANDING PAGE

  1. layout a doc (Google, Notion, whatever) with headings that match the 10 sections he suggests in the Guide
  2. write the text needed to match each section
  3. embed images or graphics for each section. I if you're in Drive, I recommend creating an image folder, uploading all of the graphics to that folder, and linking the drive link next to or right below the corresponding copy

NOW DESIGN YOUR LANDING PAGE
4. layout each section, building it to match the copy and graphics you have for each section
5. unless you are a professional designer, stick to a basic 2 column layout
6. get some feedback on it
7. release it to the world and market it so people know your product exists!!

A few other notes

  • don't draft copy on the landing page, always draft it in a doc first. This prevents you from falling in love with copy that shouldn't go to (digital) print
  • build the graphics all in advance, then batch export them and upload them to the folder and then to the website builder. MUCH easier than building them as you go
  • if English isn't your first language (serious kudos to learning, I know English is a beast of a language to learn!) I'd have a native English speaker look it over for grammar errors

Let me know how it works for you!

And if you're still completely lost HMU, I build landing pages (among other things).
