I'm so thankful for the friend who introduced me to the "Second Brain" methodology. While I am doing a better job organizing the vast amount of information, I am still a crucial step away from making it valuable--I need to manage my time better to consume and learn all the information organized.
I still find it hard to block out time to learn, and I want to be more productive and less stressed.
While I could use tools like Focusmate--as it's proven to be super effective for me--I hope to simplify by using timeboxing instead.
Setting up a meeting time and committing to the task schedule remove stress and allow better clarity on time estimation of different tasks. In addition, I can plan the timeboxing at the beginning of the day so I don't overload my future calendar.
