Is there a tool to help visualise all Twitter followers and search by name or keywords in their description?

I am building a service to specifically address this issue with ExportData.io. Currently, it allows exporting any Twitter account followers, followings, and timeline to Excel or CSV files. You can then add a filter on one or multiple columns and filter the data.
