Tool to automate contacting email leads?

Looking for tool recommendation to automate contacting leads. I have a list of emails, names and other info that I would like to import into a too that will then email those people with a template (customized with their name). Prefer not to sign up for any additional APIs and would be nice if the tool has delays and such.
