Tool to share your Extension numbers in public

I made a simple tool that lets you generate badges to show your extension installs and ratings.

It can be really useful for sharing your progress in public. It also helps with not having to log in to CWS to see your numbers.
I'll be adding color, style, and text customization soon.

Ah, the comma was messing with the code. I only tested it on my extensions which don't have commas yet :D Thanks for letting me know, should be fixed.
