Trying Rob Walling's "Dev for Marketing" to grow HelpKit

Hi folks,
wanted to share a little try of a growth hack I have worked on. My product is called HelpKit and essentially helps to turn Notion docs into a professional help center.

I am a huge Notion fan but there's this one thing that is still not available: A simple table. Yes, there's no simple to add to your Notion page 😆However, I found out a hack where you can use the math equation block and LaTeX notation to create beautifully-looking simple tables.

So I decided to follow Rob's advice and built a simple and free generator around it so that Notion users can easily generate their tables without messing around with the complex LaTeX notation.

I then went ahead and posted it to relevant Notion communities and it seems that they like it.

Curious if and how it can help HelpKit's growth 🌱 Will definitely keep you posted!

Hey, you product look awsome !
I have 2 question about HelpKit, can we add custom css ? and second question when you say on your pricing page "custom branding", did custom branding remove the "âš¡ Powered by HelpKit" ?

      Thanks Matteo!

      1. You can not add custom css as of now but you can basically fully customize the header background and accent color what I think are probably the most prominent parts for making HelpKit match your brand. I am curious what you would like to style differently with custom css? Might add this feature if I get some more feedback.

      2. Both pricing plans right now allow you the option to remove the "âš¡ Powered by HelpKit" badge :) That's a great question and good feedback as I should probably inform people on the pricing page about it.

        1. Its purrely for the branding, on every customer accessible external service i want to have the same design. The UX/UI must be the same, in all our tools. I want to change the border-radius, border-color, box-shadow, hover effect on the button and card, font-size, font-weight, font-family, text-color, text link, text spacing and more
        2. Great ! (I would pay more but you should probably put it only on the premium)
3.Another feature idea. It would be great if we can integrate some analytics tools or simple to make a custom html head (for script, meta-desc etc)

PS: You should check the post by Crisp Cofounder, there is a lot of good advice
