TweetShelf - Organize your Twitter feed content. Seeking feedback.

Hi Hackers,

I have been building this tool - TweetShelf.

It organizes tweets with links in your timeline by content type (e.g. Articles, Books, Podcasts). It helps you save time by surfacing content that you might miss in your fast moving feed on Twitter. The goal is for you to discover valuable content quicker.

It is free to join. I have not added subscription yet.

Check it out at https://www.tweetshelf.com. Looking forward to your feedback.

Excellent idea, Vikas! The problem you are solving with TweetShelf is something I wrote about yesterday on IH as well as created my own attempt a few months ago, although from a different angle. I think that you are bringing a fresh perspective to the table and will follow your progress for sure.

P.S: while signing up to TweetShelf the loading of content got stuck at some point. Refreshing the page seemed to do the trick for me. Might be due to the higher number of people I follow.

Thanks Tomi for the feedback and signup. I'll check on the issue.

I agree with the point you raised. Many of us follow hundreds of accounts accumulated over a period of time. And after a certain threshold, it becomes difficult to follow the Twitter timeline.

Twitter is an incredible source of learning for me, I have been on Twitter since 2008. But I feel over time, it has become too noisy. I wanted to improve signal-to-noise ratio on Twitter.

I realized that I am using Twitter to discover high quality content from the people I follow. And the regular Twitter app is a bad ROI of my time since there is so much junk and toxicity on Twitter and I had to spend hours to filter through it.

The idea of TweetShelf came out of this need. I hope more people find it useful.

        Couldn't agree more!

Let me know if you need any help with testing new features etc.
