A couple of months ago I invited IHs to join a Twitter Growth Group.
The purpose was to share growth hacks and strategies. It worked, and I even built SocialQ around the acquired learnings:
I see many of us, are active on Twitter with the hashtag #buildinpublic, ideally, we would help each other with reciprocal likes occasional retweets. Making good friends along the way.
Hype or Engagement groups are common on Instagram to support businesses. I would imagine a couple of ways to do this on Twitter:
A. Group DM, each one could post one daily tweet that is interested in promoting, likes would be expected but not required. Retweets act as rewards for good content.
B. A list: then from time to time visit the list and promote fellow IH tweets. This has the advantage of being more public, but more difficult to monitor the reciprocity.
If you are interested, please share your Twitter handle and the product you are building in public. I'll contact you shortly.
I intend to run this experiment for a couple of weeks, if it sticks keep it going.
Let me know your thoughts and suggestions.
Happy hacking,
