The same endpoint from yesterday added the uiBalance, by reading the decimals of the ERC20 token from the contract, and divide it by the amount, so you get a meaningful number: instead of seeing 49999995 (6 decimal places for USDT), you see 49.999995, a way more human-readable number, and you don't even need to look up the token contract to find out the default decimal places.
