[Update] ⚡ 10-Minute Startup

In the last post I asked for brutally honest feedback on 'Product Examples' — tiny product design lessons.

The response was great. 78 followers in one day.

It started as a Twitter account. Now there's a newsletter too.

Is the value-add enough to justify signing up to the newsletter?

Is this also a mobile app? Hard to tell based on the landing page.

Thanks for the feedback. It's not a mobile app. I went for this vibe: https://www.morningbrew.com/

But failed. If viewed on desktop, you'll see a mobile screenshot of the Morning Brew newsletter.

I could make text smaller and include the header like Morning Brew. Would that help?

I see the similarity now :) I was viewing this on my phone first, and the first thing I saw was the mobile phone, while made me think it was a mobile app. On desktop it's obvious. Perhaps swap the signup form and phone image?

Move the phone to the right side? Think that'll make it more clear?

I think that would help a lot. That would also make the phone appear below the onboarding form on mobile devices.

I see what you mean. Great point. And that keeps sign up above the fold. Thanks.

                Anytime! I hope that helped!

It helped. And I made the change 👍
