Hey Courtland, I believe he is saying that when he refreshes the browser on his or someone else’s post, the view count goes up but it doesn’t effect the rank on the “Popular Posts” page.
I mean, that would make sense because you answered my question a while back saying the the popularity algorithm is complex and based off of comments and likes. (mainly likes)
