Visualizing Heroku Dataclips in Slack - any advice?

I want to periodically post charts into Slack that visualise data from my Heroku Dataclips (e.g. user growth, some business metric, etc.). Anyone have any suggestions for the easiest way to do this?

The following would be ideal:

1. create dataclip, make it public (you get a URL to the JSON file from Heroku to share)
2. use <insert_tool> to generate a nice chart (e.g. line chart for user growth) in the browser.
3. send POST request to above tool with my Dataclip JSON data, which will return an image URL for my chart
4. Use Zapier or <insert tool> to automate steps 1-3 and send a message to my Slack every day/week.

In fact, I'd love a tool that did all of that, just by itself 😂. Any ideas?
