What are you asking exactly? To partner up? How is a system like that build?.. do you code or are technical to some degree?...
Usually aggregate get the data from either some API (less common for broad things) or scarpe in on the back end (there are also some live front end implementations for small edge cases)
Than build some front end looking at the scraped data.
And maintaining the scrapers for changes the origin sites make (re: rebuilding the same thing)
im asking for which is the best way to go about smokethiong like that is there a program or plugin that i can get that will do that or is it best to get someone to build me a program.

Each site you want to get data from is a mini project
