We are open sourcing our WordPress based Saas Platform and need some advice.

After the positive reception to our previous post about open sourcing our WordPress based Saas platform, we have decided to go ahead with the plan. We are certain our code could help turn months of work into days. Creating a multi-account, multi-user Saas will be as easy, secure, and scalable as a WordPress blog.

We have a group ready here: https://groupsalternative.com/wpsaas-the-open-source-wordpress-saas--platform/ (made sense to use this site as we built it using the code we will be making open source).

To keep the platform updated to WP releases, security updates, bugs and continue to improve it we need a developer dedicated to the project. That is the reason I mentioned in my previous post we need 100 users to join the group before we will make the code available (to the group members).

Now the question is, how do we go about finding those first 100 group members? At $9 a month, the group cost is less than some newsletters, yet I´m worried we won't be able to get to that point and then have the commitment to the users that do join. I'm certain between IH, PH and maybe HN we can get the first members. But how do we create a marketing channel that is repeatable and scalable?

NoCode seems to have some space for marketing, so adding another tool on top that would facilitate the creation of the actual SaaS service inside the platform would make sense. Perhaps something like Airtable to configure the main function of the SaaS.
