We made a product that solves lead gen data sourcing.

I’m giving you my best subject line at the bottom as a thanks for reading this.

So to make a long story short, I came from an agency using more than 100k emails per month. It was darn near impossible to get that amount of data that was any good.

We have databases, freelancers and tried automation tools. We hired a scraper in house. You name it, we tried it.

Fast forward to two months ago when we launched Coldlytics.com out of beta.

You can now go to a website, enter your list criteria, and have a double verified email list back within 24 hours.

We have over 150 researchers on standby in our fulfillment team that we “triage” our list building to based on who’s the best fit to collect the data. It’s all gather by real people on demand.

We hated getting up charged for extra data points and then seeing half of our list bounce back anyways. We guarantee no bounces so you’ll get your “credit” back in your account if you experience any — just send a screenshot on the website chat.

Sourcing data is way too expensive and time consuming so we’ve added a QA process to monitor all lists ourselves before ever delivering them to you. If you get something that doesn’t fit, I’m we fix it (have had to do this once to date, and we fixed it).

The biggest thing Coldlytics does for agencies and cold emailers is give you your time back. It’s as little as $0.30/lead no more endless communication with freelancers. Forget verifying lists in zerobounce.

It’s plug and play. To take it one step further, we’ve partnered with Lemlist and close.com to push your data to automatically. We’re also in the process of adding a SmartReach.io integration and Go High Level. If someone needs a different integration, we’ll build it out based on demand.

We’ve launched a Facebook group where we’ll be sharing other business owner’s cold
email strategies that you can swipe and deploy for your business too. https://www.facebook.com/groups/coldlytics/

Love to hear anybody’s questions or ideas for getting the word out there. We’re currently doing cold email and social prospecting on LinkedIn and Facebook.

Thanks for reading, I guess I made a long story long 😅

OUR BEST SUBJECT LINE: “Saw your comment on LinkedIn” - 86% open rates

We eat our own cooking and use Coldlytics to get contact info on LinkedIn post commenters. We simply paste the link of a targeted LinkedIn post and request the commenters to be researched.

I have people thanking me for such a refreshing g and genuine cold email.

Happy prospecting!

This is a very interesting offering. How do you acquire the leads and ensure they're legitimate?

    1. 2

Thank you! As soon as you’ve submitted your list request (we call this a task) two things happen:

      1. We generate a Google Sheet and share it with you — you’ll also be notified that we’ve received your task by email.

      2. We manually review the criteria to ensure nothing was overlooked, and then assign it to one of our research team-leads who is best suited to complete the research request.

Leads are gathered by hand and verified once upon collection.

When the list is completed we then run it again through Zerobounce and manually review the quality per our QA process.

If all looks good we notify you it has been completed by email.
