We’re trying to build internet’s diploma

Hey all!

Personally, I’m a full auto-didact. But when someone asks me to prove my skill, I have little to show besides the apps I built.

With my friend Hugo Montenegro, we decided to build some kind of diploma for the internet. We think what’s missing in edtech is not slicker videos, it’s an automatic certification system. With this people could go full self learner with a safety net that would get them a job eventually.

Our plans is to build an extension and a SDK & use ML models to analyse content and mastery.

Fellow hackers, how would you build it? How would you break it?

We set up a simple landing with a substack form for those interested: https://montfor.com

We'd be happy with any feedback! Would you like if your online learning that you do on your own counted towards an "internet diploma"? We're still in early stages, but the idea is to have software track your learning and have it count towards your certification. ML supervision, peer reviews, etc..

    Any suggestions or feedback?
