Website where users complain about friction points to problem solvers (devs/creators)

I'm aiming to create a platform that lets users complain about frustrating friction points in various aspects of their lives (will filter problems through several criteria/interests). On the other side of this platform devs and creators will use this complaints as market insight to create MVP's that aim to achieve problem solution fit so they can begin launching a new business. MY question for you is, do you know of any platforms that already do this? Do you like the idea?
