Weekly update: Week 1 SEP 2021

Well I spent a few spare moments a day where I could to build out the first feature of my project.

Had a lot of struggles updating deeply nested objects in JavaScript and trying to figure it out with a laptop on a bus to work is not the easiest thing in the world :D

Not 100% sure on the final calculations, I was never great at math, so it will be pen and paper to check a few cases (should have written tests ;) )

This actually already solves my problem but there are many more features that would save myself and my partner hours each week/month when deciding what to cook and if it works with our diet goals.

I love being able to write words on a computer and make things I need, still blows my mind.
