Welcome to Indie Hackers! (Week of Aug 1st)

Channing here from Indie Hackers. Welcome! ๐Ÿ‘‹

Here's how to get the most out your time here.

Make the community a better place

Indie Hackers is for connecting with like-minded people who want to build profitable online businesses.

To get the most out of the community, try helping to make it a better place. You can do that by starting and participating in interesting discussions.

If you start by giving, the community is designed to reward you in return.

How to start discussions

Head over to the home page and click the "New Post" button.

If there's something on your mind that you think will get people talking, simply type it out. The shorter the better. It helps if you ask a clear question in the title, or if you express your opinion.

Alternatively, if you read something elsewhere on the internet, you can start a discussion around that, too. Try submitting it as a link post. Indie hackers love discovering interesting new articles.

Good luck!

This is just the tip of the iceberg. If you need help submitting your first link post or starting your first discussion, let me know in the comments below.

Otherwise, I'm excited to see you the forum! Feel free to introduce yourself to everyone below. ๐Ÿค—

Hi IndieHackers! I am glad to join your community.
Wanted to start with an introduction. My name is Vitaliy, and I run a software company that specializes in Fintech.
โ€œBanking is necessary, banks are not,โ€ was once stated by Bill Gates. It is very accurate for online lending, also known as peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, which empowers borrowers and lenders to make money transactions directly via the Internet without using banks or other financial intermediaries. I have created an article about the technical side of the P2P solutions and with the example of modules, necessary for such platforms. It also includes regulations you need to follow if you want to create your own.
Happy to share it with you here: https://upplabs.com/blog/p2p-lending-solutions/

Hey everyone! Super psyched to be here. I'm a firm believer that being successful means being around driven people seeking success out and making it happen. I'm working on a project that stemmed from building a beauty salon for my wife and it's called JustForSalons. I'm building out the initial version and hoping to both take inspiration from this amazing group and give back where possible too! Good luck to everyone!!!
