Sports and exercise have played a huge part in my life over the last ~6 years. So much so that my last few projects have sports/exercise focussed.
If any IndieHackers reading this have heard time and time again that they should exercise, but still aren't in the habit - hopefully you'll find some type of exercise that is right for you through this group.
You don't have to become an Adonis, competitive, or even good at the exercise you do.
Find something you actually enjoy doing and it'll be far easier to stick to being active.
