We're getting ready for launch, here's a sneak peek! What do you think?

Our team has just finished up the landing page as we're getting ready to position the product a bit more publicly. I'd appreciate your thoughts and feedback, with particular focus on whether you get a clear understanding of what it does and its UVP!

Thanks!

I think you've got a great product there, as a technical person though I was looking for the 'how it works' section, or how it would integrate with my site, application. Does it work on mobile too? Would be good to highlight that if so and catch the continuing wave of ecommerce moving to mobile.

Thanks for the feedback! That's a good point, we'll include information of making it available via an app for the major ecommerce platforms and as an API for others.

Yep, it'll work on mobile as long as it's integrated into the website or app.

Hey @danvass it looks promising! I'm about to speak at an e-commerce event, is the product ready yet? Would love to recommend to people! Let me know. Happy to chat via Twitter too :)

I'm also running a small project, would be awesome to hear your feedback!

Thanks, I'll reach out to you on twitter to organise a chat!

That's really cool, did you build it all with Notion? Very handy curated list!

This is an interesting product. I think the site explains several different things and its cool.

My questions is, what is the demo for? Several places on your site you say zero config and maintenance. Therefore what is the demo going to show that cannot be accomplished with a self-guided trial?

Next question is: Since your CTA as listed several times is encouraging booking a demo. I'd suggest taking it one step further and just integrating Calendly so that you can set times you're available for demos and they can quickly choose a time that best works for them. I did this on my ebook site https://nintexhangout.com/guide/ with the "book a process review" and its quite effective.

The purpose for the demo, from our perspective, is to better understand the customer needs. It's also a way for us to showcase it before they connect their ecommerce store. It can be achieved with a self-service approach but then we'll miss out on some of that insight that we'd like to gather from guiding merchants through the process.

That's a good tip with integrating calendly directly!

Makes sense and I do get the demo play. Is there any chance to offer a direct line to the product for someone interested in pressing go without talking to anyone? Or maybe a test site that is open and people can click to see it in action. Your messaging says it's simple and therefore people want to see, how simple. A demo sometimes communicates its not simple enough, a sales person needs to sell you on it and the value prop may not be as clear immediately. Just my opinion by the way, take what you want from it.

Also if you require a touch point to get a sale, it could slow you down. Nothing wrong with the approach, just consider that and what it adds in terms of cost to your acquisition model. Ideally you would want to shrink your CAC as much as possible.

Totally agree with you in the long run when we're looking to scale! At this stage though it's also wanting to be better informed about early customers as it gives a better opportunity to make sure we cater for the right audience. There's still processes we've got to improve and by personally onboarding it gives us that opportunity.

    Looks great.
Spotted this to fix: the twitter link in the footer isn't pointing anywhere.

Thanks, we haven't actually set up Twitter yet so I'll hide it. It's on the TODO list 😊

I did a video break down of your landing page, here are the result:

    In short:

    • Use images to your advantage to showcase your product
    • Use a Z pattern to show what are the problems your product is fixing
    • Use lead magnets to book those demos, offer something for FREE if you can (i.e. search website audit)
    • Use data to show your product works

Appreciate taking a look! We'll definitely look at making the CTA more appealing to encourage booking a demo.

Okay awesome, but full disclosure: It wasn't just the CTA the issue, that's just one thing...

          Have to start somewhere :)
