Customer interviews are a huge part of our Growth Process at GoSquared. They feed into pretty much every decision we make. We are interested in learning more about users in our space that aren't our customers too.
We'd be really keen to talk to anyone who has a SaaS business, or is trying to start one, to better understand what's on your mind day to day. Usually just a 15-20 chat (unless you'd like it to go longer.)
