What are people using for paid newsletters?

I've looked into Substack and Ghost.

Substack looks super simple to use, which I love. But doesn't offer custom themes or custom domains (afaik)

Ghost looks great. It now has an email newsletter/membership feature. It allows custom domains, but it doesn't allow custom themes.

What are people using for paid newsletters?

Are there any platforms that allow both custom domains, custom templates?

    I'm with Substack atm, and yeah, it's nice for setting something up quickly. But private domains, and more payment flexibility would be great.

    What do you mean by custom themes? Ghost definitely has custome website themes, are you looking to change the formatting on the email?
