What are the best ways to do customer discovery from home?

Anyone got any good ways do to customer interviews during this pandemic? So far I've tried the following with little to no luck:

AWS Mechanical Turk:

I spent around $150 to ask people about how much they care about their oral health (this was after seeing Burst Oral raise another round of funding from Goldman). But I'm throwing away a lot of the insights from this experiment after reading the Mom Test because I think I framed a lot of the questions on the surveys really poorly and was leading the survey takers to certain answers. Although I might try this again after redoing our survey.

Linked In Messages:

I also shot around 100 or so messages to oral health professionals around the greater Dallas area and have found a response rate of about 5% (I honestly don't know if that is good or bad).

Cold Emails:

Sent our around 40-50 emails. However, like above, not a great response rate.
A buddy whose a clinician mentioned to me these clinicians often don't respond well to cold messages because their inbox is filled with companies trying to pitch them a product. I tried to mitigate this by not selling a product but just asking for their thoughts on their patient's oral care.

What are some ways you've found success in reaching out to people during this time?
