What are you doing this week to gain more users ⬆?

One of the hardest challenges of being an indie hacker (I believe) is going from one scale of users to the next, just trying to add that new 0 to your active users / clients count.

🚀 So what are you doing this week or month that will get you closer to that goal?

Get that snowball rolling!

I'll kick us off; Feedback more than welcome!

I'm trying to launch an audio based social media network. But of course content is king. And I notice I get quite a few downloads & registrations but also heavy churn.
Most users click on one TUNE but then drop off since they can't find more content.

So my strategy is:
(1) Fine TUNE my onboarding flow. Really track every single click and concern new users may have (Are they to shy? Don't know what to talk about or listen to? etc;)
(2) Push existing users & friends to create more and more varied content.

If you'd like to talk publicly about how you are building your product (or anything else really), join us over at http://gotrytune.com! 🎙️
We are by no means in full launch mode yet, just an early mvp.

Looking for forward to your suggestions!
