What are you going to build this week? 🥁

Good Monday morning starting from fellow indies on the far coast of Japan and Australia! ☀️ Happy new year! 🎊

If you're back at hacking your way into the indie business, it is time to set a goal for this week. What are you going to build by the coming weekend?

Drum it up aloud in the comments and share your projects below.

My goal: Design a CSS router for Toucaan and then write an article about it. 🤙🏻

Morning ☕️! Let me play the Accountability Buddy role and start off by asking the group: how is the goal you set for last iteration? Show and tell, give us a before and after. What did you achieve? What didn't you achieve? What did you learn?

Casting the first stone. My goal was to rebuild a landing page and the sign up flow. Didn't finish it. I wasted/invested so much time in learning UI / design concepts.

Here's a before and after (video, no sound)

This week, back at day job. Day job's goal: build a couple of modules for my Product Owner OS. A kit with guides, video courses, and templates to help a Product Owner improve the Scrum Team's decision velocity and improve stakeholder management.

Night job, continue on sign-up flow, rebuild sign-up form.
