What are your favorite landing page templates?

I saw https://uselander.xyz recently, and was wondering if anyone had suggestions for other simple, free landing page templates.
I'm asking for 2 reasons:
- I want to have a decent list for myself.
- I'm toying around with a simple editor to change text and images as a sort of "live preview" before downloading a template, and I'd like a few free templates. Not planning to sell it as a product, just want to make a little, free tool :)

I don't know if I'm just a masochist, but making page editors is fun (and hard) - I love working on stuff with nested data, but only as simple projects because the UI gets pretty difficult quickly.

They've just recently added some free-tier themes.

I've actually used their free templates before. They're a bit old-school, but they do definitely fit the simple req :)
Exactly. Good for HTML/CSS, maybe a little dated design-wise.
They've started adding some Vue.js versions to help with the responsiveness that Bootstrap is lacking but those get a little pricey for what they are.
Yeah, a friend of mine was planning to buy one of their simple landing pages for a new project of his after staring at a million overly-flashy paid templates.
