My current TOP productivity tool is a wooden stick with a hole I drilled at one end. I use it to block my home office door, here's how it looks in position:
https://lunatask.app is my all-in-one to-do list, notebook, habit tracker, and pomodoro timer. I built it for myself to perfectly fit my needs. There're still things missing though, two-way integration with Google Calendar to name one. Would love to have calendar notifications for all my tasks and habits.
https://ticktick.com - for my to-do's and calendar. Especially moving the to-do's into the calendar view helps me focus on the tasks at hand.
https://toggl.com/track/ - Currently, I am tracking all my time (even personal) in Toggl. When I set a timer for a task, I don't want to do anything other than what I've put into Toggl.
Currently looking into Airtable and similar tools for creating a DB for post ideas and other data I want to order and filter. Basically, a tool to quickly dump an idea I have. When I open a note, I know that I likely spend the next half hour planning everything out.

I use Tweek Calendar and like that it's simple as writing down on the paper. I wish it has a sync with the Google Tasks.
