I have 5+ years of experience working as a solutions architect and pre-sales engineer in an enterprise sector where I mostly dealt with scoping products.
I know that proper identification of requirements, requirements negotiation, correct definition, and scoping of projects is one of the keys to overall success. But also, I know how this process can be hard and intimidating so I've decided to use my knowledge and create a simple and effective scoping methodology for solo entrepreneurs/small businesses where there is no dedicated budget and timeframe for implementing the scoping process.
Since I have an enterprise background and somewhat idea of what struggles may occur for small entrepreneurs I would appreciate it if you could share some challenges that you've had in the past (or have right now).
